First in Russia: Cobalt-Chromium Discs for CAD/CAM

The full production cycle of our flagship product—the first batch of discs for manufacturing prostheses using CAD/CAM technology—has been completed. This product has been created exclusively at domestic production facilities using Russian raw materials, from the alloy that meets all the requirements of modern dental laboratories to the milling and engraving processes.

CAD/CAM prosthetics is the latest technology that has been used in dentistry for about a decade and is virtually indispensable in the fabrication of crowns, implant abutments, and prostheses. Through the use of artificial intelligence, doctors can achieve results of the highest precision and obtain excellent quality prostheses and implants, while the production time for prostheses is significantly reduced. The essence of this technology lies in the preliminary three-dimensional computer modeling of the product and its subsequent fabrication on a milling unit.
